What do you get if you cross a plastic bag with an iron?

Any guesses?

I am not sure this what the humble iron was intended for, very strange, of all the things you'd think you could do with a few plastic bags and an iron -- it wouldn't be a bookmark!

I would be interested to know if anyone has tried this! Amazed too :)

I won't be using any of our irons for this :-)

I've not seen the Thatcher movie yet but I am a fan of Meryl Streep, in this article of an interview she jokes:

So in what areas of her life can she be an Iron Lady, we asked. “Can I be an iron lady? I am an ironing lady. That is what I do. I do this,” she wittily replied and then started pretending to iron.

The new Philips "Man Iron"
